The Business Coaching Alliance (BCA) helps business owners reach their fullest potential by achieving maximum results in driving the success of their business and bringing simplicity and balance to their lives.

BCA and their certified members provide business owners, managers, (at all levels of their organization), and the self-employed the ability to plan, focus and achieve a vision that will allow them to successfully grow their business. Using our proven coaching process, they make more money and have more free time to enjoy their personal lives.
The coaches at BCA are very passionate about having business owners reach their true potential by achieving maximum results. We want business owners to achieve success, and bring simplicity and balance to their lives and company operations. The coaches at BCA have the knowledge and drive to enable business owners to reach their potential both operationally and financially. We coach business owners, managers and the self-employed utilizing our proven process which ensures each client develops a strategically devised plan for bringing positive changes to their business and lives, holding them accountable for achieving these changes. Each of our coaching sessions will bring change and excitement to our clients and their employees. Our team of coaches has over 60 years of experience in business.
BIOGRAPHY
Ty Martello
Ty is originally from Northern California. He moved to New Mexico in 1993. Ty has a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in Business Marketing. With the exception of working in the electronics field for 5 years after college, Ty has owned three businesses over the last 25 years. He has visualized, started, developed, matured and sold each of these successful businesses.
As a CEO, Ty’s responsibilities were interfaced with every facet of running his company. All three businesses included sales and marketing, administration, product development, financial overviews and executive management decisions.
Ty’s real passion is to teach. His business awareness and experience in the business world make him a valuable asset as a business coach. He enjoys working along side other business owners and helping them grow their business and achieve success. Ty understands the challenges faced on a daily basis. His proven process utilizes a strategy to help busy professionals slow down, reflect, face reality, and map out the changes they want to positively impact their business and personal lives.
As one of the founding owners of The Business Coaching Alliance, Ty has the opportunity once again to lead his company in the business world, but this time he’s giving back and helping others with his years of experience and dedication to running a successful company.
