Member Program FAQ’s

Where is our training conducted?
At our training site located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

How long is the training?
The training covers four days, starting 8 AM Monday running through 4 PM Thursday.

Who facilitates the training?
Your training will be delivered by our founders - the CEO and President of The Business Coaching Alliance respectively.

What is the cost for the training?
The cost of training is included in your membership fee.

Can additional employees be trained to be Business Coaches at a later date?
Yes. We will train up to three additional coaches for no additional cost.

What about travel/lodging expenses?
Transportation, airfare, lodging and meals are included in the cost of membership. Additional incidentals are the responsibility of the participant.

What is the training attire?
Business casual.

What experience is necessary to become a successful business coach?
We would like you to have at least 3-5 years experience in business. If you enjoy working with people and feel comfortable speaking in front of a group you will do well as a Business Coach. We provide all the tools required. Plain and Simple: Just follow our proven method and inject your personality and you will do very well.

By following our proven process you will understand how it all works. Our training program will provide you the material for you to be successful.

What kind of training can I expect?
BCA provides a four-day intensive hands-on workshop located at our offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our training consists of a complete step-by-step approach, (a-z) for you and your business development. Your training doesn’t end when you leave Albuquerque, it’s just the beginning of our unique ‘Coaching the Coaches’ program. We coach you, just like you would coach your clients. We hold you accountable for achieving various goals – very powerful! We want to get your Business Coaching off and running as soon as possible. Each week we review your progress and coach you on moving forward through our program. This is the basis for achieving success, and our ‘Right Start’ program.

The BCA provides a step - by - step approach to training. We provide you with a front to back process, four days of intense note taking and role playing. Training consisting of:

  • Knowing and understanding your market place, whom are your clients?
  • How to conduct coaching sessions to prospects and clients.
  • Learn how to work with your local Networking groups and Chamber of Commerce.
  • How to give one on one coaching clinics.
  • How to work with Referral Sources, Alliance Partners, Networking and Trade Groups
  • And a lot more......

How do your coaches and affiliates attract clients, and what do they charge?
The BCA offers a unique and proven marketing system along with step-by-step instructions on how to attract clients through networking and building relationships. We provide a great deal of information on how to effectively market your services. Without an effective marketing campaign, your business will fail! We believe that marketing is the No. One priority for any successful business. We will teach you how to be successful! We offer several unique coaching programs. Each designed to effectively cover the various aspects of coaching.  We also leverage our coaching workshops to maximize your revenue by providing you with specific workshop course material for your clients.
Our members charge anywhere from $125 - $200 per hour for individual one-on-one coaching. Our Tel-Coaching normally invoices at $250 - $300 per month, and our workshops can be invoiced from $750 per day to $3000 per year for our 90 day/12 month coaching program.

What types of companies do you work with?
Although our coaching services can be offered to a wide range of businesses, we target the following types of businesses as our primary clients.

Small business owners – these are the businesses that make up the bulk of our clients.

  • They can be sole proprietors, partnerships, LLC’s, or corporations.
  • They have been in business for 2 or more years.
  • Employ less than 100 employees.
  • Have a revenue of less than $20 Million per year.
  • Exhibit a desire to be coached at all levels in the company. We cover all industries and business types and can effectively help each and every one of them achieve their goals.

There are over 25 Million small businesses in the United States. We target small business owners that have less than 100 employees, with the majority of our clients falling into 20 or less. How would you help a new coach find clients?

  • Our proven business system will guide you through starting your new Business Coaching business.

  • We guide you day-by-day through your first 90 days after receiving your training from us. We coach you on how to market and build your coaching business throughout your membership with us. This will ensure your accountability to our program and achieve success.

  • We provide referrals via our Internet marketing programs for your area.

Can I receive an “exclusive territory” privilege with The Business Coaching Alliance?
Yes, we believe it’s important that no overlapping occurs. All memberships include an exclusive territory based upon the number of businesses within your area.
